Indonesia Sumatra “Triple Picked”
 
Known for its rich volcanic soil, the Batak region of west-central Sumatra produces some of the nicest coffees that Indionesia has to offer. The unique production process used there – called Giling Basah - results in a rich, full body, with lower acidity and spicy, herbal characteristics. The coffee has been hand-picked for defects three different times, hence the quality designation “triple picked.” This increases consistency, resulting in a more balanced cup. Look for a clean earthiness with woody and chocolate notes and a sweet finish.
